Bathroom Basins

About

Bathroom Basins for Every Vanity and Style Choosing a bathroom basin starts with how it's installed, then comes down to shape, size and finish. This collection brings together counter top, undermount, wall hung, inset and semi-recessed basins from Claya, Oliveri, Mercio, Poseidon, Aqua Perla and Linkware. Step 1: choose an installation type Counter top basins sit on the vanity and make a statement. They need a high rise or wall mixer. Undermount basins, like the Oliveri Oslo oval and rectangle and the Claya UM-465, sit under stone for a seamless finish. Inset and semi-recessed basins, such as the Oliveri Dublin, drop into or overhang the vanity. Wall hung basins, like the Dublin wall hung, need no cabinet at all. See our dedicated counter top , undermount and wall hung collections. Step 2: pick a material and look Claya ceramic basins range from crisp gloss white to textured matte, fluted pill shapes and Colour Plus two-tones in pink, black and grey. Oliveri Terzofoco is handmade Italian fireclay in earthy glazes, while Oliveri Naples offers counter top circular, rectangular and square basins, including black options. Mercio's Trier comes in matte black and the Vale in natural oak. Aqua Perla and Poseidon add textured and fluted round basins. Step 3: check the size Make sure the basin leaves comfortable room on the vanity, with space for the tap and a little benchtop either side. Our vanity buying guide walks you through it.
