The Good Samaritan law in the state offers extensive coverage to a wide array of participants involved in AED activities, encompassing all aspects of AED program operations. Maine takes proactive measures by requiring public school students to be provided with CPR/AED training. Moreover, AEDs are mandated to be available in grades K-12 within public schools across the state.
