About

A hoist does the lifting so you do not have to. AIMS Industrial supplies electric chain hoists in single phase and three phase from Toho, Hitachi, Pacific Hoists and Beaver, plus a Toho compact wire rope hoist, a Toho electric chain hoist with an electric trolley, mini hoists and a JDN food grade air hoist. Models are listed for 240V single phase and for three phase supply, and in a range of capacities. What's in the range Hoist What the range includes Toho electric chain hoists Single phase and three phase 2 speed chain hoists, listed by size and lift height (for example 3 m and 6 m). Also a Toho Pro Mini 500kg 240V hoist and a TECH0206-ET 2T 6m 240V single phase hoist with electric trolley. Toho compact wire rope hoist A compact wire rope (builders) hoist, listed at 250 kg, 360 kg and 500 kg. Hitachi electric chain hoists Single phase and three phase hoists, with single speed and dual speed options on the three phase models. Pacific Hoists Pacific Porta Hoist single phase electric chain hoist. Beaver electric hoists Beaver single phase mini hoist (3 m x 250 kg), Lift-All 240V single phase and Lift-All 415V three phase electric hoists. Air hoist JDN Air Hoist Mini 500kg with a food grade design. Choosing a hoist Start with the load and how far you need to lift it. Choose a hoist with the capacity to cover the heaviest load, and check the lift height suits the job. Then check your power supply. Single phase hoists suit sites with a 240V supply, and three phase hoists need a three phase supply. If you need to move the load sideways as well as up and down, look at the model with an electric trolley, or add a trolley or beam clamp. Electric hoists suit repeated lifting. An air hoist is an option where compressed air is available and electric equipment is not wanted, and the JDN mini is listed with a food grade design for hygiene-sensitive areas. For occasional lifting by hand, see chain blocks. Always check the data sheet. Confirm capacity, lift height, speed, duty rat
