About

Loc-Line modular hose systems at AIMS Industrial. Loc-Line is a ball-and-socket modular hose that snaps together from segments, so you can build a coolant, air or fluid line and aim it exactly where it is needed. We list 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 inch modular hose in segments, packs and coils, with assembly kits, nozzles, connectors, valves, fittings, manifolds, mounts and assembly tools. It is widely used for coolant delivery on machine tools, and for air, lubricant and vacuum lines. What's in the range Product type What the range includes Hose and segments 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 inch modular hose segments and packs, 5 foot coils for each size, 25 foot lengths in 1/4 and 1/2 inch, a 50 foot coil in 1/2 inch, and a 2-1/2 inch vacuum hose segment. Assembly kits 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 inch hose assembly kits, tap, hose and nozzle kits, a shop vacuum kit, an inspection mirror kit, a flared tubing replacement kit and a Quick Set shield kit. Nozzles Round nozzles from 1/16 to 1/2 inch, swivel, 90 degree and ProStream nozzles, flat fan, flat slot and spray bar nozzles, flare and straight flow nozzles, acid resistant nozzles, a circle flow nozzle kit, a rectangular nozzle and a 16 nozzle Nozzle-Rama pack. Connectors and adapters NPT and BSPT threaded connectors from 1/8 to 3/4 inch, reducers, an SAE flare nut adapter, a 15mm lathe adapter kit, and 3 inch PVC DWV and sheet metal duct adaptors. Fittings and valves Y, T and elbow fittings, double sockets, end caps, and in-line, male NPT and female NPT valves. Manifolds 1/4 and 1/2 inch modular manifolds, a 1/4 inch Total Flow Control manifold kit and a magnetic base manifold super kit. Mounts and tools Fixed mounts and magnetic bases in 1/2 and 3/4 inch, and hose assembly pliers in 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 inch. Choosing a Loc-Line system Start with the hose size, because segments, nozzles and fittings only fit their own size: 1/4 inch for small flows and tight spots, 1/2 inch for general machine tool coolant, and 3/4 inch for higher flow.
