Roller chain carries power between sprockets in conveyors, agricultural machinery, drives and general plant. AIMS Industrial supplies BS and ASA roller chain, mainly from KCM and SY Chain, with Agri-Power quad rivet chain and ECO agricultural chain for farm machinery. Chain is sold in boxed lengths, typically 10 ft, with 50 and 100 ft boxes listed for some sizes. Connecting and offset links are in the separate roller chain links range. What's in the range Type What the range includes BS roller chain Simplex, duplex and triplex chain in sizes from 03 and 04 up to 32B, including 05B to 32B simplex and duplex and 06B to 32B triplex. ASA roller chain Simplex, duplex, triplex and quad chain, with simplex sizes listed from 25 to 200 and larger riveted and cottered sizes up to 240 from SY Chain. Heavy duty series SY Heavy, Extra Heavy and Super Heavy ASA chain, and KCM H-Type and HE-Type chain. Double pitch ASA double pitch chain from C2040 to C2082 in carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel plated, hollow pin and Aqua-Proof versions. Corrosion and wet area chain Stainless steel BS and ASA chain from KCM and SY Chain, nickel plated chain from KCM, and SY Aqua-Proof chain in BS and ASA. Low maintenance chain KCM and SY Self-Lube chain in ASA, SY Self-Lube BS chain, and KCM X-Ring BS chain in 08B to 16B. Special construction Hollow pin, straight side plate, side bow, cottered and riveted chain. Agricultural chain Agri-Power quad rivet chain in BS and ASA, including a heavy simplex version, and ECO agricultural roller chain. Choosing roller chain Start with the chain number already on the drive, for example 08B (BS) or 40, 50 or 60 (ASA), because the chain has to match the sprocket pitch and series.
