The process is simple: submit the repair form with your device details and issue, complete the upfront payment, and receive a prepaid shipping label to send your device to us. You must print your payment receipt and include it inside the box with your machine to ensure proper identification. Once received, your device is diagnosed within 2 business days and repaired with no additional costs beyond what you have already paid.
