About

Casavent provides a range of ventilation ducting and distribution components for MVHR and MEV systems. The range includes round EPP ducts in 125mm, 160mm and 200mm sizes, along with 90° bends, PVC couplers and equal tees for creating and connecting duct runs. EPP construction provides a lightweight, insulated and corrosion-free solution for ventilation duct installations. The Casavent range also includes EPP distribution manifolds designed to connect larger inlet ducts with multiple 75mm semi-rigid radial ducts. Available configurations include 160mm inlet manifolds with 12 spigots and 200mm horizontal pass-through manifolds with 10 or 13 spigots. These components support organised air distribution from a central MVHR or MEV unit to multiple supply or extract points. To complete duct installations, Casavent offers 75mm and 90mm end caps, sealing rings and a dedicated radial duct cutting tool. The end caps seal unused spigots or open duct ends, while sealing rings help create airtight connections between semi-rigid ducts and compatible fittings. The cutting tool is designed to trim 75mm and 90mm semi-rigid radial ducting cleanly and accurately.
