Our Blue Point Oysters are a classic dish in which you can enjoy 12 pieces of oyster as an appetizer or as the main event. Rhode Island’s sustainable aquaculture movement began about twenty years ago with the birth of today’s modern oyster farms. Oysters grow quickly at farms located on the bay, and at farms located on coastal ponds, which now contain a higher salinity due to opened breach ways. We go to immense care when sourcing our shellfish, and great care when shipping it over to you. Therefore, we hope you will be able to taste the difference and come swimming back for more!
