About
DiFluid was founded by Linus Peng, who left his PhD at Southern University of Science and Technology to pursue a simple idea: put lab-grade precision into the hands of anyone curious enough to use it. DiFluid set out to fix a problem that runs through the entire coffee supply chain - farmers, roasters, café owners, and baristas all measuring and recording quality differently, with no shared standard for the data. DiFluid's answer is CoffeeOS, a unified platform connecting its full hardware range across the coffee journey - from farm to cup. The lineup includes the R1 and R2 Extract refractometers for TDS and extraction analysis, the CoffMeter range (W1, A1, M1) for water and bean analysis, the Microbalance and Microbalance Ti precision scales, and OmniFlux and Omni-Volto for roast monitoring, alongside the AirWave smoke eliminator. DiFluid Moment, billed as the world's first coffee flavour thermometer, tracks how flavour shifts with temperature in real time. Farmers, roasters, café owners and competition baristas all use the range to bring consistent, comparable data to their part of the chain. Whether you're a home brewer chasing a more consistent extraction or a roaster and café owner who needs lab-grade data to back every decision, DiFluid brings precision measurement within reach. Explore the DiFluid collection and discover tools built to make great coffee more repeatable, from bean to cup.
