McLaren’s challenger for 2026, the McLaren MCL40 has been designed to carry the team’s success into a new era of Formula 1. Finished in the winning papaya, anthracite and teal livery, continuing McLaren’s tradition of retaining a successful colour palette, the MCL40 will aim to secure back‑to‑back drivers’ championships for the first time since 1999. Entering their eighth and fourth seasons with the team respectively, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri will be seeking to build on their achievements of the last two seasons and lead McLaren forward at the front of the grid.
