Whether you're looking for a vintage basket purse or a hand-woven handbag, our Amish woven basket purse and handbag selection is made for everyday carrying. The Wicker Bag is a full-size wicker basket bag of rattan reed over a wood bottom, 17 by 7 1/2 inches across the top and 12 inches tall, carried by two riveted steerhide leather handles in the hand or on the forearm. It stands up on its own and holds a laptop, library books or a knitting project, and a washable cloth liner with four bonnet ties is optional. Our woven purses and bags are made in the U.S.A, crafted in our Amish community and come complete with the signature of the Amish family member.
