About
Our Amish hand woven hanging basket organizers are a beautiful and functional addition to your primitive, farmhouse, rustic, or country decor. Each mail and wall storage basket provides a convenient place to keep anything from letters and bills to magazines and family notes. The Mail Basket is a flat-backed wall pocket, 11 1/2 inches wide, 5 1/2 inches deep and 9 inches tall, that hangs by a leather loop on a nail, a hook or a peg, and many owners hang theirs by the front door as a mailbox basket. The Front Door Hanging Basket is a flat back flower basket, 12 inches wide and 7 inches deep at the top, that hangs from a door hook by its wood handle. Both are handwoven by Old Order Amish families on the Iowa-Missouri border and signed by the weaver.
