We really love snails and these type are known as Nerita sp. If you choose the right variety like the one's on offer here, they eat your algae and not your plants! This is why Nerite snails are so special and why you'll love them. Once you've placed them in your tank, it won't be long before they work their magic and start eating algae. What's more is they won't reproduce in your tank - how great is that! Just pure algae eaters that are beautiful.
