Sencha is often considered the most widely consumed tea in Japan, with a bright, vegetal character with a sweet finish. We carry two different kinds of sencha. Our Sencha is a classic example of a Japanese Sencha and is light and vegetal with citrus and oceanic notes. Our Sencha Sayama Kaori is a premium single-origin sencha sourced from Shizuoka, with floral, grassy, and umami notes and a medium astringency.
