About
A waterfall coffee table does something most furniture can't — it stops people mid-conversation. The edge of the tabletop flows continuously down to the floor in one unbroken plane, no legs interrupting the line, no hardware in sight. It's a simple idea executed in solid wood, and the result is a piece that feels both sculptural and completely at home. Our waterfall coffee tables are handcrafted from solid hardwoods — White Oak, Black Walnut, Live Edge Walnut and Maple. Each species brings its own character: White Oak with its open grain and cool, neutral tones; Black Walnut with deep chocolate warmth; Maple with a tight, consistent grain that takes finish beautifully. Every board is selected by hand before it's ever touched by a tool. A Natural Fit Modern Spaces The waterfall profile reads differently depending on the room. In a farmhouse living room, a wide walnut top with a matte oil finish feels grounded and warm — the kind of piece that looks like it's always been there. In a modern or minimalist space, the clean continuous edge becomes a design statement, especially in White Oak or Maple with a satin finish. Either way, the solid wood construction means it holds up to real life: coffee mugs, books, remote controls, and everything else a coffee table actually sees. Common Sizes Most living room setups work well with a coffee table between 36" and 60" long — long enough to anchor a sofa, compact enough to leave walking room. Deeper tables in the 18"–30 " depth range give you more surface without overwhelming the space. Standard height runs 18" , which sits comfortably in front of most sofas. Built to Last These aren't tables built to a price point. Every piece is made to order in Missouri from solid domestic hardwood — no veneers, no MDF, no shortcuts. The finish is applied by hand and inspected before it ships. Solid wood can be refinished if it ever needs it, which means this is a table you keep, not one you eventually replace.
