Wood Species We build entryway benches in four hardwoods, each with a distinct character: White Oak — Warm, neutral, and broadly versatile. Its tight grain and subtle ray fleck work equally well in modern, transitional, farmhouse, and Scandinavian interiors. The most popular choice for a reason. Black Walnut — Deep chocolate tones with sweeping grain that shifts in different light. Walnut brings richness and sophistication to a foyer without needing anything else in the room to compete with it.
