We use the real thing, sourced domestically and milled to our specs. Walnut Walnut is the natural choice for modern interiors that want warmth without sacrificing sophistication. Its deep, chocolate-brown tones and flowing grain create a surface that's visually rich without being busy. Against white walls, concrete floors, or matte black hardware, walnut is extraordinary. It's also one of the most dimensionally stable hardwoods available — it moves less with humidity changes than most species, which matters in a piece you're keeping for life.
