The Camellia shrub, renowned for its vibrant and lustrous blooms, is a garden favourite. It features glossy, dark green leaves and stunning, large flowers that range in colour from white to red and pink. Blooming in late winter to spring, it adds a splash of colour when most plants are dormant. Ideal for borders and decorative containers, Camellias prefer well-drained, acidic soil and partial shade. Camelia Japonica flowers in the spring, Camellia sasanqua flowers early winter, with flowers sometimes prominent throughout mid winter time.
