About
The Carpinus betulus, commonly known as the European Hornbeam, is a deciduous tree native to Western, Central, and Southern Europe. It grows to a height of about 15-25 meters, with a slender trunk and a pyramid-shaped canopy in youth, becoming more rounded with age.
