Ferrite ring magnets are most commonly used in loudspeaker and audio transducer assemblies, where the ring geometry allows the voice coil former to pass through the magnet's bore. Their ceramic composition provides inherent resistance to demagnetisation and corrosion without surface coating. Also used for pot core transformers, proximity sensing, and educational science experiments. Available in a wide range of outer diameters and heights to suit both OEM speaker manufacturing and custom acoustic design applications.
