A Tandem Single-to-Double The Kangaroo converts to a double differently from any other Bugaboo. Where the Donkey expands sideways into a side-by-side configuration, the Kangaroo converts to a tandem - the older child in the front seat facing forward, and the younger child in the main seat behind, or a newborn in the bassinet positioned above, while a toddler takes the front. This front-to-back arrangement means the double Kangaroo has a narrower footprint than a side-by-side double, and handles much more like a single in tight spaces.
