About
A chequerboard floor is one of those patterns that never goes out of fashion. There's something about that steady rhythm of contrasting squares, sharp and graphic in black and white, or softer and chalkier in gentle neutrals, that brings character to a room the moment it's laid. This collection gives you the choice to lean classic or contemporary, whichever suits your space. Lay it straight for a tailored, symmetrical finish, or turn it onto the diagonal for more movement and a boutique hotel feel. Chequerboard works just as well underfoot in a hallway or kitchen as it does on a wall, where it makes for a striking splashback or a feature moment in a bathroom.
