2017年6月設立。カレー、ナン、ラッシーだけではない日本ではあまり知られていないインド料理を紹介することを使命に銀座に「バンゲラズキッチン」をオープン。港町にあるマンガロール郷土料理である魚介料理を中心に、お酒に合うインド料理を提供。料理を通してインドの文化を広め、日本とインドの架け橋となるような活動を行っています。
