Shackles designed to easily change ride height and adjust shackle angle. Cut and bent in the USA. Custom Leaf Spring Hangers Barnes 4wd shackle hangers are designed to accommodate two different configurations: center mount and flush mount. The center mount is great for uniformly distributing the load to the frame; the flush mount hanger optimizes approach and departure angles at the end of the frame. We also offer our leaf spring hangers in three different sizes that accommodate 2.5”, 2.75”, and 3” wide leaf springs. For optimal durability and fit, our hangers are laser cut from ¼” USA steel and formed on a CNC Press Brake. As a plus, they have a 2” DOM sleeve with a ¼” wall thickness, and poly bushing with a heavy wall inner sleeve.
