Tall-cut blank tees for customers who need extra body and sleeve length: Gildan Ultra Cotton, Heavy Cotton and DryBlend tall tees, Bayside tall tees, long sleeves and pocket tees, Hanes Beefy-T and Essential-T tall, and Shaka Wear tall max heavyweight tees and long sleeves. Including tall sizes in a team or company order avoids the awkward one-off. The fabrics match the regular versions and take DTF transfers identically. Placement tip: tall bodies are longer, not necessarily wider — keep the front graphic 11–12 inches wide but drop it to about 3.5–4 inches below the collar so it sits proportionally. Design in the DTF gang sheet builder or order transfers by size — the same artwork works on any blank here.
