PRO Choice Safety Standards Built to withstand the impact from objects travelling at up to 190 metres per second (684 km/h), PRO Choice Striker browguards and visors are manufactured in strict compliance with the relevant industry standards. The stainless steel mesh visors comply with EN 1731, the European standard that outlines requirements for mesh eye and face shields used for protection against various hazards such as flying particles and impacts. The polycarbonate clear visors are certified to AS/NZS 1337. The Australian/New Zealand standard covers different aspects of eye and face protection, including the design, construction, performance and testing of protective eyewear.
