This collection of solid carbide burnishers is designed to make pulling consistent, razor-sharp hooks faster, easier, and more repeatable—whether you’re working with traditional card scrapers or fine contour and profile scrapers. The lineup includes small-diameter carbide burnishers purpose-built for contour card scrapers and other small-profile work, available in .187" and .125" diameters for maximum control on tight curves and thinner scraper stock. For standard card scrapers, the collection also includes our 3/8" solid carbide dual-handle burnisher , designed to deliver exceptional leverage, balance, and comfort when forming hooks on traditional, thin scrapers. All burnishers in this collection are made from solid carbide , chosen for its ability to pull a cleaner, sharper hook with less effort than steel or other materials. Each tool is finished with your choice of resin-infused Curly Maple or Bolivian Rosewood handles, shaped for durability, control, and long-term comfort. Whether you’re refining edges on delicate profiles or maintaining everyday card scrapers, these burnishers are built to deliver consistent results and long service life in the shop.
