Internal collection powering the Checkout Blocks rule that hides One Rate flat checkout rates when a cart contains items that physically cannot ship in FedEx One Rate packaging. Auto-includes all products with type Solar Panels, plus anything tagged no-one-rate (Lynx busbars, BMV monitors, Spirit bag sets). Remove the tag when an item becomes One Rate-shippable (e.g., BMV after XL boxes arrive).
