Diagnosis tools and lower unit drivers This is outboard shop tooling, not a general tool box. CDI covers ignition diagnosis with the 519-S48H spark tester for 4 cylinder, the 511-9776 remote DVA test harness, the 511-60 volts ohms temp multimeter and the 511-7509K-6 CDM test kit for 6 cylinder. Sierra covers lower unit work with drivers, bearing cup drivers and the 18-9855 driven gear shimming tool. Sierra tool numbers cross reference the OEM tool they replace (18-9827 replaces Mercury 91-34379T, 18-9851 replaces 91-31108T), so match the OEM number out of the service manual rather than the description. On the CDI testers, check cylinder count first, and note the 519-48M metric adapter is what lets the S48 and S48H land on metric threads.
