As a celebrated interior designer marked by various cultural influences since his early childhood, Alberto Pinto built his great work upon the mingling of cultures, the eclectic and his relentless quest for the exceptional. This saw the legendary Paris based designer create extraordinary interiors for houses, yachts, aircraft and hotels around the world. Welcoming friends and sharing an enjoyable moment around a table was key to Pinto’s philosophy of life, and a s a dedicated collector, Pinto amassed an exceptional array of works spanning tableware, silverware, European and Asian porcelain as well as linen. Stemming from traditional craftsmanship, Alberto Pinto developed accessories and tableware collections in exquisite materials. Each handpainted plate by Pinto Paris, is the result of an original contemporary design, conceived, created and produced by talented artisans, and inspired by the aesthetic detail favoured by collector Alberto Pinto.
