40-50 mmHg or Class III compression thigh highs are prescribed for the treatment of severe varicosities, severe edema, stasis, post-ulcer treatment, lymphedema and venous ulcers in the legs to the upper thigh. It is strongly recommended to only wear this level compression after consulting a physician regarding compression and your overall health. We carry Juzo, Sigvaris and Medi options in this level of compression.
