Back in the mid 1990's, a Japanese publishing company "Gakken" published a series of Book & VHS tape combos under the name "MU AV Books" ( ムーAVブックス). These collectible sets were focused mostly on martial arts including traditional martial arts, MMA but they also covered esoteric arts such as Mikyo (Buddhism) and spoon bending.
