Taking advantage of the "Ninja Boom" of the 1980's, Ninja magazine showcased all of the weapons, all of the lore, and many of the actual instructors including Masaaki Hatsumi, Stephen Hayes, Robert Bussey and more in its pages. The magazine ran from 1983 to 1995 and featured not only the mainline Ninja magazine but also many one offs and spin offs, all based on ninjas.
