A professional tinkerer, Gábor Laczkó operates Kávékalmár roastery in Szentendre, Hungary, where his obsession with making espresso led him to create custom bottomless portafilters—the essential diagnostic tool that they are—for his small group lever machines. Quickly adopted by friends, family, and the wider public, Naked Portafilter was created in response to this shared passion for chasing the perfect espresso and develops innovative products to help in this pursuit.
