These are coffees whose flavours and natural characteristics are accentuated by paper filtration and make great "long" coffees to be savoured black. Many of these coffees will also do well in other brew methods - you may find some of them highlighted in other collections . While this is a great place to start, you may find coffees that aren't listed on this page that you'll also enjoy in a filter-style brew.
