With a 3/4" kingpin and USA-made rig (and many wheels), the Albion 16 Series provides up to 40% longer life than standard 2" wide kingpin casters. Why? The kingpin is the leading cause of caster failures, after wheel failures, as it takes the day-in and day-out stress of every bump, loading impact, and shock. The majority of the marketplace is imported with 5/8" kingpins, which simply will not stand up to this trusted, 3-year warranty series. Top Plate & Yoke Base: Cold formed from 1/4” steel plate.
