Phenolic caster wheels provide an excellent balance of strength, economy, and reliability for demanding industrial environments . We only provide USA made phenolic wheels from compressed layers of resin-impregnated fabric, these non-marking wheels deliver high load capacity with minimal deflection, making them ideal for manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other facilities where durability and floor protection matter. Engineered to withstand heavy loads, high temperatures, and incidental chemical contact, phenolic wheels roll smoothly on hard surfaces while requiring little maintenance. However, they are not recommended for applications with prolonged moisture exposure or frequent wet cleaning, as water intrusion can eventually compromise the wheel’s structure once the surface is damaged.
