About
In 1830, Our Lady appeared to a young novice in Paris, St. Catherine Labouré, and showed her a medal. "Have a medal struck after this model," she said. "Those who wear it will receive great graces." Within a few years, so many conversions and healings were reported that people simply started calling it the Miraculous Medal. Ours range from tiny petite charms for a baby's crib to bold 24-inch necklaces, in sterling silver, 14K gold, gold-filled, pewter and vintage finishes. Parishes and missionaries love our 25-packs of bulk Miraculous Medals , because this is a medal meant to be given away. The prayer on the medal: "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee." Learn the full story in 20 Secrets of the Miraculous Medal and on our Miraculous Medal page .
