Axgard® Glazing Sheets are particularly great for where a high degree of strength is required to protect against impact and provide a safe glazing solution in the place of glass. Virtually unbreakable - The Axgard® material is extruded from a polymer resin which is approximately 200 times stronger than glass of the same thickness and is therefore classed as virtually unbreakable. UV Protected - Unlike many other plastic glazing options, Axgard® sheets are manufactured with an additional layer that protects the material from degradation due to the effects of ultraviolet light. These sheets are fully UV protected on both sides. Wide range of thicknesses - Axgard® Clear is manufactured in thicknesses from 2mm to 12mm as standard and is probably the largest range of standard sheet sizes of its product type globally.
