Founders Avery and Janet Glasser created their flagship Xocolatl Mole Bitters in San Francisco back in 2007 and now their bitters can be found worldwide. Now produced in New York City, all Bittermens bitters are made with high proof sugar cane spirit and primarily organic ingredients.
