A small family business from Wellington, Aotearoa, making curries for the curious - for people as hungry for flavour as they are for adventure. All the depth with none of the drama. Aiyō is a traditional Sri Lankan curry, prepared to 90% so you get a wholesome, wildly delicious meal in 10 minutes.
