Dehydrated meals, snacks and breakfasts for eating well a long way from a kitchen. Slow cooked rather than assembled from separately dried ingredients, and you can taste the difference. Use the filters to shop by Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free or Dairy Free. A few meat-free meals use gelatine, so we don’t call those vegetarian. Gluten Free means no gluten ingredients rather than a certified gluten-free kitchen, and some of those meals still carry a “may contain traces” warning, so check the pack if you’re coeliac.
