Swerl is a micro roastery based in Falkenberg, Sweden, founded by Beatriz and Daniel—a sommelier and a former aircraft technician—united by a passion for specialty coffee and meaningful connections. Since their journey began in 2018, Swerl has grown from a beachside mobile coffee bar to an internationally recognized roaster, known for its seasonal, traceable coffees and meticulous roasting standards. With recognition including a Top 100 global ranking and 2nd place at Nordic’s Best Roasters 2025, Swerl continues to craft intentional, quality-driven coffee for cafés and coffee lovers around the world.
