Many of the most beautifully figured woods are also nearly unworkable because of spalting and decay or they may be inherently unstable. Wood fortifiers and stabilizers go a long way to solving the problem by making these woods workable by simply soaking them in a solution and letting them dry. We also offer Tree Saver for coating green wood blanks to slow drying and prevent checking.
