Other Cardio Machines

About

Specialty cardio machines cover movements a treadmill or bike cannot, such as ski-style pulls, arc strides, climbing, and seated full-body stepping. This collection includes the new BUILT Strength Ski Machine , remanufactured Cybex 525AT and 627AT Arc Trainers, the NuStep T5XR recumbent cross trainer, a Jacob's Ladder climber, and StairMaster and Scifit units when in stock. These machines add variety to a cardio bank and fit rehab, athletic, and interval training. Each remanufactured unit is rebuilt and tested before it ships. What is a ski machine used for? A ski machine simulates Nordic skiing with overhead pulls, training arms, core, and legs together in a low-impact, interval-friendly motion. What is a Jacob's Ladder? It is a climbing machine with a moving ladder set at an angle. You climb hand over hand and foot over foot at your own pace for full-body cardio.
