About

Gate access control systems for automated gates — keypads, audio and GSM intercoms, magnetic locks and relays from Locinox, AES and DEA. Gate Access Control Systems Gate access control systems decide who gets through an automated gate and how. This collection holds the entry devices and the locking and switching hardware that sit between a visitor and the gate motor — keypads, intercoms, magnetic locks, relays and the wiring to connect them — from Locinox, AES, DEA and KIBO. Choose the way people will trigger the gate, then add the lock and relay that fit your installation. How people trigger the gate A keypad is the simplest method: a resident or contractor enters a code and the gate opens, with no fob to lose. We stock the Locinox SLIMSTONE-2, the DEA Digiprox stainless steel pad and the wireless V2 KIBO, so there is a hard-wired or battery option to match the cabling you have. Where visitors need to call the house, an intercom adds a voice — or video — link: hard-wired audio kits for a short cable run to the property, and AES GSM intercoms that call a mobile instead, which suits a gate with no practical route back to the building. Locking and switching An automated gate still needs to be held shut. The Locinox B-MAG integrated magnetic lock suits swing gates and the S-MAG suits sliding gates, both releasing the moment the gate is triggered. Relay modules such as the SWITCHSTONE, position-detection sets, 12V safety transformers and pre-cut wiring complete the circuit, and architectural wall lighting is stocked to light the entry point. Every one of these devices wires into the drive hardware in our gate automation range, so the control system and the motor behave as a single installation. Choosing a system Match the entry device to the site, not the other way round. Code-only access points take a keypad; a gate that must screen callers takes an intercom; a remote or agricultural gate with no cable route takes GSM.
