Ocean Jasper is and agate/jasper material from Madagascar famous for its wide range of colors and fantastic orbs. It was originally produced in large quantities, but was quickly mined out and is now considered to be "extinct". It is very popular with the lapidary community as well as the jewelry artists, as its distinctive "eyes" make excellent cabochons.
