Botivo is hand-blended using five citrus, bittersweet, and aromatic botanicals mixed into a British apple cider vinegar base. Made in small batches; the ingredients are designed to deepen over time offering a complex flavour profile. Co-founder Sam makes each batch of Botivo on Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire. He never cuts corners, uses no flavourings or preservatives, and handpicks the highest quality ingredients to ensure the best taste.
