Caravel is an intimate floating restaurant based on an old barge on Regent’s Canal. It is run by brothers Fin and Lorcan Spiteri and creates deliciously simple bistro-style food. The brand also makes its own chilli jam; a restaurant favourite served with their famous prawn toast.
