Reserving a piece in advance secures it from the inbound shipment — useful for fast-selling items where standard restock waits can run several weeks, and for projects with fixed installation dates. Pre-orders are dispatched the moment the shipment lands. Expected arrival dates are listed on each product page. Because stock is pre-allocated against the order, pre-orders are not cancellable once placed.
